FIRST DAY: Arrival in Reggiolo and settling into the hotel. Guided tour of Brescello, the town of Don Camillo and Peppone. We will visit the most famous film sets: the square, the village church, which preserves the famous Talking Crucifix, pass the facade of Peppone’s house, the People’s Bell, and end with the two museums dedicated to the films: Peppone and Don Camillo Museum and Guareschi and the Cinema Museum.
Lunch in a traditional restaurant.
In the afternoon, move to Correggio for a visit to a well-known local wine producer to learn about its unsurpassed Lambrusco. Afterwards, the magnificent Acetaia will also be visited, concluding with a tasting of these unique products.

SECOND DAY: Breakfast at the hotel and move to the Parma countryside. Here we will discover the birthplace of the famous composer Giuseppe Verdi in Roncole. Afterwards we will head to Busseto to visit the Verdi Theater and Casa Barezzi. Late in the morning we will discover the secrets of the world-famous Culatello di Zibello, ending the visit with a tasting.

In the afternoon we will visit the Reggia di Colorno, still beautifully preserved and unique, also called the “little Versailles,” the summer residence of the dukes of Parma and Piacenza.

THIRD DAY: Breakfast at the hotel and guided tour of Sabbioneta (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the “ideal city” founded by Duke Vespasiano Gonzaga, an extraordinary example of Renaissance architecture and urban planning. After a short walk along the city walls, the tour continues with a visit to the Ducal Palace, the Garden Palace with the Galleria degli Antichi and the Teatro all’Antica.

In the afternoon, free visit to Mantua, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and enchanting city of the Gonzaga family.
