FIRST STOP: PARMIGIANO REGGIANO
- Visit a Parmigiano Reggiano production facility and discover every stage of the delicate natural process that leads to the birth of the king of cheeses
- Walk through the fragrant maturing rooms among over 5000 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano
- Taste flakes of different ages and savour how its qualities improve over time
SECOND STOP: PARMA HAM
- Drive through the beautiful Parma countryside where the ‘sea wind’ blows and enter a delicatessen where Prosciutto di Parma is made
- Follow the journey of Parma Ham, from the selection of the meat to the curing process, learning its every secret
- Savour the unique sweetness of Parma Ham and other local cured meats
End of the tour and return to Viale Toschi at 2 p.m.

If you are planning to drive to Parma from another city, please consider that the meeting point is located just outside the Parcheggio Toschi, (Address: Caffetteria Toschi, Viale Paolo Toschi, 2, Parma) where you can leave your car.
If you are planning to arrive in Parma by train, please take the main exit from the station to Viale Paolo Borsellino, from there it will take around 10-12 minutes of walk to get to the meeting point.
